I know, I thought I'd found it - and lost it. Maybe it's happened to you too. "Finally, everything I ever wanted". Some how - over time - you watched it slip away. Then one day the impossible happens - and you find yourself alone - and confused.

Through my personal journey of finding and loosing what I thought was "true love" - I've come to understand some things:

Real love will endure any challenge

It will survive and become stronger through the ups and downs of life. Immature - emotional love - the "in-love" romantic fantasy too many of us have mistaken for the real deal - is built upon a shallow foundation. It's what I call "ego-love". Loving the feeling of love - because it makes you feel good - at least for a while.

Whereas true love is "seeing" the person and loving him or her for who they really are. Which is only possible as a result of a deep connection. A "place" beyond "in-love" and romance... And the momentary superficial narcissistic selfishness our society and popular culture has programmed many of us to believe is "love".

In this web site I'm going to share with you insights into finding true love that I've invested a lifetime of trial and error to learn. Some of what I'm going to share here will be considered controversial and "out of the box" by many. Especially those who would continue to cling to the romantic "in-love" fantasy - which in all honesty probably continues to elude them.

The information I present here will connect the dots - and give you a deeper understanding of what real love is - and hopefully - bring you the beautiful, timeless deep connection with someone that will empower you to become fully self-realized as you experience the completion only possible between a man and a woman - consciously experiencing true love together.

The Romance Trap Transformation

The "old" site featuring "The RomanceTrap" dating for marriage system was pulled down a few months ago. The wonderful work contributed by my former wife and partner Gwen, will live on in a new incarnation of our colaberative efforts in the coming months.

In the meantime I've had the exceptional opportunity to finally understand what true love really is:

It exists inside you. It's never been something you will find in someone else. Only when you first learn to truly love yourself can you trust yourself to finally "give love" without the need for reciprocation or validation.

From this place of true love you can give because you have recieved. You can enhance the life of another because you are complete within yourself.

But sometimes you have to "lose yourself" in order to find yourself.
